Loki told everyone, including himself, that he wants his mother to be happy and that Frigga deserves to have a relationship after everything shes sacrificed for him. The two brothers take her into their care, and both become enamored with the strange woman. Or, Thor is a camboy and Loki gets off to it in secret.
